New  Year's Eve Menu 

ASSORTED BREADBASKET

3 types of fresh, homemade breads served with Sun dried tomatoes and garlic butters, sweet chutney, and feta cheese.

STARTERS

MEDITERRANEAN SOUP                      

Delicious combination of chickpeas, zucchini, carrots,and mushrooms cooked in a rich broth garnished with toasted pine nuts.

CRISPY PORK BELLY               

Tender pieces of pork belly marinated in Mediterranean spices, and a honey barbecue sauce served with roasted breadfruit topped with siracha aioli and pickled cucumber.

MEDITERRANEAN STEAK SALAD               

Grilled garlic zucchini, roasted red pepper, and tender steak combined with an Italian herb dressing & crispy romaine lettuce. Garnished with crumbled Feta cheese.

 SMOKED SALMON BITES                

Crispy focaccia bread smothered with cream cheese and fresh dill, topped with smoked salmon and decadent caviar
mussels, fish, shrimp in a delicate broth

MAINS

BLACKENED BARRACUDA                                                

8oz fillet of blackened barracuda served with roasted potatoes and stir fry vegetables, topped with a tomato and raisin chutney & a herb aioli.

SURF & TURF                 

Classic garlic buttered 4oz lobster tail with a 6oz pepper crusted steak served on garlic mashed potatoes with seasonal vegetables and garnished with garlic crostini.

SLOW BRAISED PORK CHOPS            

Marinated in local herbs and spices served with crispy fried onions and a truffle mac and cheese.

CHICKEN CURRY​                                            

East meets West- a fusion of West Indian Chicken curry and Spiced Asian Chicken served with toasted coconut, a dahl roti skin and savoury basmati rice.

OREO CHEESECAKE                        

Creamy decadent homemade cheesecake, topped with Oreo bites and fresh Mint.

CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE                                               

Dark chocolate cake with a rich molten chocolate centre. Garnished with a walnut crumble.

CRÈME BRULÉE​               

Seasonal ponche crema Creme Brulee served with crisp orange biscotti and a festive sorrel strawberry compote.

FRESH FRUIT & SORBET                                            

Fresh fruit bowl with a smooth, wild berry sorbet, topped with a splash of Elder flower liqueur.
