Our own version of this famous dish. Chicken,
premium cajun sausages, and Shrimp combined
with rice, vegetables and spicy cajun seasonings

served with herbed tahini, chive mash, sautéed 
assorted veggies, lemon caper butter

SHRIMP ALLE VONGOLE             

Shrimp & Spaghetti combined with fresh basil, tomatoes, white wine, sautéed onions, extra virgin olive oil,  garlic & red chili. Garnished with chopped parsley and parmesan cheese ​

PRIMO’S SIGNATURE BRISKET                                               

Beef Brisket seasoned with Mediterranean and Moroccan spices and slow braised, served on gratin potatoes, sautéed carrots and beans, garnished with demi glazed and confit onions.
